Naturally, the PC remains the lead in developer support. 52% of developers surveyed are presently working on a game that will soon be released on PCs.

Virtual reality is rapidly evolving as a gaming platform of the future and has increased its level of developer support when compared to the last year.
Among the present generation of consoles, it is the PlayStation 4 that gets the most love from developers. The PS4 just slips by the Xbox One (28% vs. 23%), while Nintendo’s Wii U continues to be ignored by huge parts of the developing community.
